Gilmour green light for Shire
East Stirling can call on Ross Gilmour after suspension as they look to move ever closer to concentrating only on one set of play-offs by defeating visitors Arbroath.
A win would see the Shire virtually guaranteed to avoid the relegation play-off if Montrose lose at East Fife.
Head coach Craig Tully said: "We had been on a great run and had almost reached safety however I saw signs of complacency against Annan and they hurt us. We let a lead slip to lose 3-2 and the players have been reminded that nothing has been achieved.
"We need to keep winning as you never know what could happen in the promotion play-offs."
A title push now looks beyond Arbroath and the Gayfield men will look to boost their play-off chances at Ochilview however they will need to do so without Ryan McGeever and Adam Hunter who have ankle injuries.
Dylan Carreiro will miss out through illness however Liam Gordon has a chance of returning after a knock.
Assistant manager Todd Lumsden said: "We know that our recent record does not make good reading however the players have deserved better results. They are playing well but every defensive mistake has been punished and our strikers are not converting their chances often enough.
"Hopefully we can start turning things around at East Stirling."
