Rotherham begin post-Steve Evans era against Burnley
Rotherham begin life after Steve Evans when Burnley visit New York Stadium for the televised visit of Burnley.
Evans left the Millers after three and a half years at the helm on Monday and Eric Black will take charge against the Clarets.
The former Sunderland and Birmingham assistant manager is likely to be without midfielders Lee Frecklington (calf) and Paul Green (Achilles) after they both suffered injuries in training on Wednesday.
Black will also be definitely forced into one change as loanee Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe has returned to parent club Norwich after his month-long stay in South Yorkshire came to an end.
Joey Barton will be hoping to make his full debut for Burnley.
The former QPR captain made his debut as a second-half substitute in Saturday's 2-1 defeat to Reading at Turf Moor but could now come into contention to start.
Record signing Andre Gray missed out against the Royals after sustaining a hamstring injury against Derby and will continue to be assessed.
Dean Marney (knee), Fredrik Ulvestad (ankle) and Kevin Long (knee) are in the latter stages of their rehabilitation, with Lukas Jutkiewicz, Ashley Barnes (both knee), Jason Gilchrist (ankle) and Daniel Lafferty (collarbone) long-term absentees.
