Bale had every reason to be jubilant. The win means Wales have taken the top spot in their Euro 2016 group over Israel.
Bale netted twice passing the 15-goal international tally of the great John Charles in the process.
Ramsey who opened the tally for Wales with a looping header also shared his thoughts of the match on Twitter, with an emotional tweet for his Nan.
Very proud of our performance. Emotional night. That's for you Nan, I know you were watching. Love you Nan 🙠pic.twitter.com/JfXlApWo59
