Lambe silences Yeovil with late winner
Mansfield struck in the ninth minute of stoppage-time beat Yeovil 1-0 at Huish Park.
In a game that saw nine minutes of added time after home keeper Artur Krysiak suffered a head injury, Reggie Lambe struck right at the death to make the difference in what had otherwise been a drab encounter.
Lambe had earlier squandered the game's best chance when his shot was brilliantly cleared off the line by Connor Roberts, a phase of play that resulted in Krysiak's injury.
Yeovil's best opportunity came midway through the first half when Harry Cornick's lofted pass found the head of Shaun Jeffers, who managed to steer the ball wide from six yards.
The last minute defeat drops Yeovil into the relegation zone after Dagenham and Redbridge played out a 2-2 draw with York, while Mansfield remain in fourth, just two points off an automatic promotion spot.
