Hutchinson brace sees off Imps
A Ben Hutchinson brace helped a Celtic XI lift the John Reames Memorial Trophy as they thumped Lincoln 4-1.
Albert Jarrett opened the scoring for the Imps in the 16th minute with a low effort but Celtic levelled proceedings seven minutes before the interval thanks to Daryl Murphy's snap-shot from the edge of the box.
Three minutes later Hutchinson blasted the ball into the roof of the net from close range to give the Bhoys a half-time lead. The 22-year-old doubled his tally in the 64th minute from a rebound after Joe Anyon had parried a shot into his path.
Simon Ferry completed the rout two minutes later after curling a low effort into the bottom right corner of the net.
